Investment Community Outreach

SPAC Services
We believe The Equity Group has the most investor relations experience with the Special Purpose Acquisition Company ("SPAC") vehicle, having worked with 12 SPACs that have successfully completed mergers with operating companies, and 1 that has announced a definitive merger agreement and is working through the shareholder vote process. In this regard, we:
- Draft/edit all communications related to the SPAC, including news releases and presentations.
- Prepare a web site for the SPAC incorporating all key information for investors.
- Train/critique management on the presentation and Q&A.
- Make introductions to potential investors, and organize meetings with potential and existing investors in the SPAC, in an effort to help secure a successful shareholder vote on the merger.
- Provide counsel regarding the various stages of the SPAC transaction.
- Work with the Company following the completion of the merger to obtain after-market support, research coverage and buy-side interest, and manage the investor communications program going forward.
We are accountable for our services through monthly letters to clients summarizing our activities, as well as periodic Activity Reports utilizing our database, detailing new contacts made in the investment community and the media. We also provide follow-up reports of financial community meetings that we arrange, as well as constructive feedback for future presentations. Time sheet accountability is also available.
